War cc

Looking for advice... Mostly townhall 9 and not a serious war clan but getting better all the time. Currently running 1 baby drag 1 valk 1 wiz rest arch. But we generally get quad quaked and valk spam for 2 stars the cc doesnt do much given the attack approach wondering if a max golem or maybe loons would work better given what we run into.

You are not getting 3 stared. Isnt that quite enough?

Not quite, we are an avg clan and 3 stars against are rare. We primarily war for xp as we are trying to level up quickly ( currently lev 7) and because we dont hit serious war clans to often we see quad quake valk and low heros which nearly always end in two stars sometimes in the 50% range. Im thinking a slightly more suited cc will change some iffy 2 stars into one star.

Golem is good for a pack of valks

Giants and balloons also

Try using, what killed your attack in the last war! Never the perfect CC troop? Make sure you don't put the same in every CC. Love to see dragons in every one! haha

Golem best defense for valks, they swarm on him, and splash damage on death just about wipes them out, or leaves them with minimal health.

Nearly always 1 drag n 2 loons... pretty hopeless combo, lure double poison and a few hit from my queen and its dead

if most of your 9's are not being 3* then thats good already. Valk spam can easily net 2* if wb is so compact.
