I've been using this base for a long time now, and its rare for my DE to be stolen, especially by goblin knife.

The other consideration is the placement of your storages and collectors. If you can divert the goblins to a collector next to a wiz tower then you'll stop them 99% of the time.
Most people put collectors outside walls which makes an easy funnel. Think about incorporating a few to the sides of your TH and even create a path around for them if needed.
Splash damage can be healed, however giant bomb kill instantly the whole group of goblins.
