Another level for the healers?

Since we all know how tough it is to queen walk these days at th10 and above shouldn't the healers get another added level?

Rage as well and heal

just remove the heal penalty and we will be fine

Or increase the heal penalty peak to 5/6.

I heard a mod say a while back that we weren't gonna see a new healer level for a while in response to another thread on this topic.

Adding another healer level would be a better positive because it leaves TH9 alone, they can then later balance that troop without including TH9 troops into the equation and it can stay as the TH it already is, no need to sacrifice a TH's balance in this instance giving a win-win for TH9s and 10/11.

i rather take away the hero heal penalty, then a queen can finally survive 2 point def without a rage

Why not just make the queen invulnerable, that way you can use that ♥♥ exploit. (Almost a cheat)

It's neither of those lol

It's an actual strategy, same as how miners, lavaloon, Goho are strategies, QW or QC are legitimate strategies.
