I think he is kind of weak. Maybe I haven't used him properly yet, donno.

He can't follow kill squad because he gets smoked by GBs and ITs. He can snipe buildings on outside if killsquad tanking for him, but hogs already do this, and so do loons, even better.

He needs to get his dps reduced and have enough HP to survive a GB, then he'd be a good troop, IMO.

Sure thing, but he would need to be rebalanced just a teeny bit, and maybe have a barracks level other than 7 for it to be unlocked along with another troop (because he's OP at th5-7 imo)

He is too weak and shoots his little snow balls, or whatever they are, too close.

The Ice wizards are nice for the festive, but I wouldn't like to see them all year round too my mind it would feel strange using them in the hight of summer.
