The description for Ice Wizards does say that defenses are their favorite targets.
It's my favourite legendary in CR so to see it in COC obviously I'm going to love it.
Pathing wise. But a double slow down in attack speed on valks, drags, loons, etc might just make them uselessQuote:

Hitpoints too low they are made of paper .... I suppose an icey hide would crack readily so maybe that's super cells thought 😅😅. Out of the three gifts this one is the worst , the spell is awful other than spreading some Xmas cheer. The freeze trap is pretty cool, but this unit is terrible.
