No one knows a way to measure offensive weight. That is why these engineered threads exist, because most folks tend to only look across from them instead of looking at the war map as a whole. Guys like cnaf make data sheets of every war and can make educated inferences based on what they see over time, but hard numbers we don't have access to.Quote:

Threads like these really irritate me. Any TH11 should 3 any TH9 with ease without without the extra spell slot in CC. It's beyond ludicrous for you as aTH9 for ask it be removed. I'm a TH9 also. I plan on progressing to TH10 and eventually TH11 at my own pace. When I get there I'd love for it to be well balanced and not still be all jacked up because a some other tH9 complained about something that has no bearing on their own gameply

Yes. And the matchmaker. If they not gonna put more weight into the th itself, then this will lead to exploitation. If they put heavy weight into the th itself, then this isnt a problem. Although i do think th11 needed some buffing and maybe a new troop, not an extra regular spell. 2 dark spells? Totally fine with that. Lets not hand out 3 stars now after all this workQuote:

Didn't mean to come on so strong before, but I think multiple viable offensive strats is what makes this game interesting. I find the defensive half and base building to be more of a boring chore.
I agree th11 is short on offense. The miners were too powerful, then they nerfed. SC always seems to go tonone extreme or another. It's a tough balancing act and i give them credit cuz overall they do a wonderful job with balancing. They just have to tread carefully with every addition, and the feel that the game has now is they want everyone to go to th11. And ive been on here everyday fighting against engineering. If they dont fix, then maybe they can make leaderboards of top clans that war at the highest avg war weights... that could at least devalue the hardcore engineering. Make a leaderboard for that and they can make a winstreak leaderboard for the engineers and let the community decide which is more revered. They have to put out more goals and have light at the end of the tunnel to spice it up now, cuz the endless warring is getting stale. And then now with the engineering, its leaving a bad taste in the mouths of many. I just want the game to stay great. Appreciate the post, and Im sorry for getting testy as well. :)Quote:
