Youre missing the point as well. Im talking about junk th11's being brought to wars. They will be able to clean big th9's without bringing in similar competition. Its the repercussions of having 6 lightnings. The regular spell is bad. Let the cc hold 2 dark spells, not a regular spell. Th11 needs a new troop, not an extra regular spell.
I understand that you are railing against engineering OP. It's a part of the game and that's the way it is. Cnaf is correct in that after October's update he is paying a price for his offense and you have an advantage somewhere else. Also, if he's wasting a th11 attack on a th9 dip, his clan is losing.

I'm not following this argument whatsoever. A junk th11 does not need an extra lightning to annihilate any max th9. He can do that in numerous ways and was always able to do so prior to the extra spell.
So if the title of this post came true, and the extra spell was rolled back, what would that accomplish?
Junk th11's would still annihilate any th9 they want to. Max th9 or otherwise.
They don't have to use drags or lightning and in fact, I've never seen one do that ever. Defenseless th11's are typically a second account of a max or near max th11 who is already good at running many kinds of hits and moved past dragon spam at th8.
I don't think a th11 needs to zap 3 ad to 3 star a th9. 6 rage with 13 drags would probably work. Bowlers, valks, lava loon, maybe even gowipe or mass witches can kill th9's. I wonder if a th11 with 45/45/20 heros, 6 spells, and barch can 3 star a th9 war base. That would be funny. Then people can ask for barch to be nerfed.
