Well, recently contacted the supercell by the game itself, I requested the name change and I was informed that due to the rules and security measures this was no longer possible once the change has already been used by the player himself and the name does not Possess offensive content or disclose personal information as a full name.
I will state my case for better understanding.
I own a TH11 and had the name change available, however my younger brother who sometimes likes to play and even pool resources for me, went to make a joke and changed my name, he did not know it was something irreversible and with that put A horrible name!
He put the brand name of a curd cheese well known here in Brazil as a name and with that causes me some contradictions in the clan and we say boring games!rsrsrs
Are situations like these and even others as regret by the name chosen should have some chance of being reevaluated, in my case is not a fictitious name, is a name of a brand of cottage cheese and with that should have something that can be done to solve, I believe that every rule has its exception and it bores me a lot to supercell not giving up the rules, and that player who turns in his discomfort.
I know friends who had accounts hacked and recovered, the moment I was with the person who hacked it changed the name, when my friend recovered the account and contacted the support of supercell simply had the rule thrown in the face and this is very complicated .
Well, I wrote this post as a suggestion from the supercell itself in response to my request to change the name.
I really hope this is taken into account and has the attention of the supercell that was previously much closer to its players.
