resource donation but different

Most of the people ask for Supercell to add a feature that is Resource Donation But It Will Make The Game Easy So Here Is An Idea. There Should Be A Cooldown For Resource asking Of Nearly 5-8 Hrs But If A Person Takes Resource Donation He Cannot take Troops For CC Till Half Cooldown Of Resource Is Complete. Also The Variations For Every Level Of Clan Castle Is
Clan Castle Lvl1 10,000 Both
Clan Castle Lvl2 20,000 Both
Clan Castle Lvl3 50,000 Both
Clan Castle Lvl4 100,000 Both
Clan Castle Lvl5 200,000 Both
Clan Castle Lvl6 300,000 Both
Clan Castle Lvl7 500,000 Both
For Dark elixir

In My Opinion It Is Ok But There Can Be Minor Changes In Limit
