Are you crazy or something? Hundreds of people are unable to login, and no single message has been announced? This is not a minor bug, PEOPLE ARE UNABLE TO LOGIN! we basically get banned right now, just that we are not doing frikkin anything! At least, send us an information regarding this issue!
And please stop provide me your tips, I've factory reseted my phone twice today, I did everything already! Yes you are not helping, stop tryng to be smart and let staff give the answer.
Have you tried accessing your second account account (I presume) from another device?
You added your account to device?

Which is where you should have posted this, if posting it at all. This is not Supercell support. We are players just like yourself. If you're having a problem, you need to contact Supercell support. Contact information has already been given to you from another poster and it is also posted at the top of the Bugs & Problems sub-forum, which you apparently were already able to find. Focus on solving your particular issue with Support, not vague and undefined quantities like "hundreds of players."Quote:

Maybe it was just me...but I even had call backs to ensure everything was resolved.
Mind you I didn't post in the public forum and was polite and patient in waiting for an update...so there is that.
I had the same problem op i messaged ingame support and google play got the issue resolved pretty quick
