Yep the picture isn't fake , I tried and found the same !! :)
Interestingly it shows the new "freeze" trap as new unlocking items as you upgrade from th 4 to th 5 only !! Checked for other ths so I'm sure about it and yeah , the freeze spell doesn't show up in purchasable traps for a th 5 also.
Weird.i just started my th5 upgrade to th6 and I don't remember a freeze trap in the upgrade screen, just the old stuff.maybe I missed it.
