Townhall 8 must have level 10 king.


Townhall 9 must have a minimum of level 8 walls completed and level 20 combined heros with the ability to three star other townhall 9s of equal value.


Townhall 10 must have level 50 combined heros and the ability to 2 star other th10s in war.


Townhall 11 must have minimum level 70 combined heros and the ability to two star other th11s in war.


Some exceptions can be made, but we war 24/7 and need others that enjoy donating and wars. Pushing is not a priority and is up to each individual.
