Still happening. Same versions as you. Still can't load my main account. I can switch between alts just fine. I tried clearing cache and data but it still won't let me connect to main account, even from the 'new player' tutorial.Quote:

Overnight nothing changed, my account still won't load in any way (and war day starts in a couple hours :mad:)
Same except my war has started and only have 8 hrs left.
With war also started in my clan i got desperate and dug up an old device I knew had my main account on. Update clash and got into my main account without any hassle. Problem is device is so old clash is lagging on it and it have like a 4" screen.
So I went back to my tablet knowing that the account is there but have a "connecting to it" issue. Uninstalled game completely, uninstall google play services, uninstall google play games. Reinstall everything from scratch.... still can't change to my main account although I have no problems accessing Alt accounts.
Don't understand what the differences are between alt accounts and main account, reading the forums other players have the same problem. Can access alt's but not main account.
Have nothing left to try, all is in SC's hand now

And I know multi accs are not "supported" but we didn't screw up anything ourselves
Iv sent a mail in game yesterday, so far only 1 reply asking for more info, which i sent this morning. no reply back from that. If i only get 1 mail a day from support, i can see this is gonna take forever. Wish a mod could let us know if supercell is aware of this issue and is working on it.
Don't know if you guys are on iOS or Android, but I'm having the same issue. When I go into Google games and try to switch between my 2 accounts it doesn't work there either. So might be a Google problem?? Either way needs to be fixed asap. When I switch it says "no network connection" which I know isn't the case because when I switch back to the other account that is working I have no problems
