Starting a Clan, anyone? Strong Powerful War Clan?

I'm here to gather all strong players thirsty for power. I would like to create a clan with natural leaders to start a clan. This will guarantee strong wars from the start. We will use the group chat "Discord". As a leader, I will promise to be active from the start to end, and settle problems. I will notgive ranks until you prove you will stay permanently. If you are slacking off, or causing too many problems, I am not afraid to kick you. I will respect all of your decisions and go over everything important with all of you before I set a rule. My information will be below. Now, enough talk about me, this is what I need from you.
You will need to be active, especially when the clan starts off. It is absolutely crucial for you to understand your th's 3 star attacks(And able to perform them 70% of the time). Of course, you will need to be mature enough(18+) with good grammar and English. Always communicate, as we need this to pull creating a successful clan off. Be able to negotiate, as we will need to meet in between. This is what I need from you as a human. Now, your Clash of Clans status.

*Can 3 star Mirror(90% of the time, everyone makes mistakes)
*200+ War Stars(Unless you can prove otherwise by 3 starring 2 bases we give you)

*10/10+ Heroes
*300 War Stars+
*Lvl 2 Golems+
*Lvl 4 HogRiders+
*Qualify for above(th8 requirements)
Th10:
*30/30+ Heroes
*400 War Stars+
*Max Golem
*Qualify for above(th9 requirements)

about your new clan forming
I've always been looking for a clan to start out fresh at lvl 1 and work my way up with my clan to the top warring clans. I think this is a great opportunity for both of us. I'm currently a new th9 and my in game name is Mo along with my mini MoRE.
