This is a great idea! Id like chain mail for the BK, leather for the AQ and a hooded white robe for the warden
And of course Christmas themed. Santa for BK, Mrs clause for AQ and abominable snowman for warden.

I like the idea for SC to make more money, but I think this should be in ideas and req. forum.
I'm pretty sure they've toyed with the idea. The fact why it's never been implemented is probably because of installation size, and possible performance issues. That's undoubtedly one hell of a way to make cash, as proven by Dota and LoL already.
Honestly, CoC is really the only game of ♥♥♥ that doesn't really depend on money. You can reach TH 11 as a F2P. Be max will take forever, but it is possible, but lots of grinding and hard work.

By the way - new skins isn't a bad idea. I'm sure plenty of sport fanatics would pay to have the heroes sporting their team's colors.
