Message is simple... there is a minuscule difference between a 50% 2 star and a 99% 2 star. That is insane. A 5 star system would help a lot. Thoughts?

Wouldn't it just be more simple to remove the star system and just go by %?
There is a difference between 50% 2 star and 99% 2 star ... more destruction in the latter case, which can decide a close war.

It's a thread from 23rd February 2015, the main post regardning a revision of the star system, found in the Ideas & Req. listings of common ideas that are not ruled out.
You really don't see a difference? So if you're in war, and you pull a 3 star 90% war attack in a 5 star system (assume TH missed, as well as 100% destruction), you'd say that is no different from a 1 star 90% war attack in a 3 star system (assume TH missed... obviously... as well as 100% destruction)?
60% efficiency vs 33% efficiency is an improvement in my book.
There is a difference between a low 2 star and a high 2 star and Affront has pointed it out. It has bearing on this thread especially if the point of view is from the 5 stars would not be better side.
