GoWiPe is still good for 2-3 star victories, the third star depends on the opponents defense rating & layout IMHO :)
works in early th8, suggest you switch to hogs or valks though
GoWiPe is too slow, rarely will get a 3 star. Best strategy out there for TH8 is GoVaHo. You will 3 star 9 out of ten bases.
I guess alright for 2 starring TH9's if pushing
Its a solid trophy pushing army. But when it comes to clan wars its an outdated strategy
I raise an eyebrow at this. I'm a fan of GoVaHo and GoVaLo, but 9 out of 10? That's likely improbable and if EQ is automatically used with those 10 attacks, the success rate will plummet.Quote:

GoWiPe is a solid pushing army, especially against higher town hall level,s but it is not useful in war as there is a high chance that you will get a two star raid.
Gowipe is a strong attack but too slow. You lose your third start often due to time though you're pekka it's still up and running.
Try switching to Govalk or Goho. Both are real good. Once your hoogs go to level four id opt for Goho rather than valk. But still the choice depends on the enemy base. Hope you find this useful :)

Right now the most effective strategy out there and always has been is mass hogs, especially fishhogs. Followed by dragloon zapquake.... Yes I said it, dragloon. For a while I've been seeing dragloon take out bases especially anti-3 or spring bases with more efficiency than goho or govaho. The addition of zapquake and haste and level 7 loons has made it a super strong attack
