This is my first post on here so forgive me if this has already been proposed. It seems to be pretty hard for recruiting on global as there are already so many people on there looking for new members. Maybe in the next update they could have a recruiting option? You could choose a minimum level and town hall and if they want to war? Just a thought. Let me know what you think!
Recruitment process is even more easy since the new friending part of the game has been added. So what I do is log on see how long till my shield drops , say it's two hours , I sit there those two hour donating to my clan and recruiting people. That is what you got to do some times every time you have to wait in the game use that for recruitment process. Waiting for your army to build recruit. Waiting for someone to donate to you recruit.
Look thru your league for those not in a clan invite them. Those not in a league not that you attack while raiding or that raid you.
Heck you can even check the clans that you have faced in war. Those that have left after the war is over. Recruit.
If all that does not do it for you search clans in you area. Look thru their members find some you want friend then then invite them to join.
You can even post to a section on the forum for new members.if even just one member of a clan dose the recruitment it is easy. If having problems have two or three members do the recruitment process.
But heck any new tools might help.
recruiting has to take time and effort because there are way more people who want to be leader than those who want to be a member. This would not work
What might help me with recruitment process would be more space in my clan 50 spaces fill way to fast think a few more would be nice go to 60 or 65 with clan perks.
