1.Now a days war matching is not good at all.
2.Need more achievement and new troops, then only
game will be very interesting.
3. Only a loyal players to donate troops for all, remaining
players just requesting troops only. Not to donate troops
at all. Encourage all players to donate troops, I suggest
this one ( give 50 or 100 gems those who donate more troops per month) Then only more clans active and more
Players are interested to donate.👍👍👍
The gem reward you purpose is too OP, maybe 10 gems to the person who donated more troops per month, and more gems depending of the level of the clan. Agree?

At clan level 1 it's only 10
At clan level 2 it's 20 and go on with 10 more gems for each level.
I don't know about others but this will definitely encourage me to donate more, at the moment I happen to be like my clan 9th highest donater.
