A spelll which slow downs the defence structure's speed for e.g if u put that spell ona cannon that will reduce its speed of shooting.
Probably it should be unlocked in th 11 . It decreases 30% of speed in lvl 1. lasts for 20 secs. 30000 elixer costs per 1 spell. Supercell tell me ur opinion on this. Thank you.
The idea is... Good, I think. But the way you published it, not good at all. Needs more organization, and more details.
In case you haven't read previous post I'll tell you, they're others who posted a much more detailed ideas of spells with slowing effect.
By the way when I say others that doesn't include me.
