nope, they are fine as they are now

We need more levels on Gold Mine and Elixir Collector's. On TH8 we get level max! More levels in TH9, TH10 and TH11. If we get one more level on each townhall level, getting more 500 per hour and 50.000 cap. A Mine level 15 on TH11, will produce 5.000 per hour and will cap 350.000.
