Hi -- We are accepting in new neighbors so come give our hood a try. Crazy Monkey Trading is looking for new members. We accept level-18 & up; and have members up to high 80s. We have a core of neighbors who play every day. We are currently based in Central Standard time zone, so there is usually someone on the farm all day within this time zone. We are looking for ACTIVE TOWN Players. We do Hood UPGRADE ROTATIONS.
We are a group of 3 who have mainly been together for a while now . We decided to start this hood roughly 4 weeks ago and have placed every week . We are a very friendly and chatty and fun group . We also love to help everyone out. ! We like to think of everyone as friends and family and not just another player . We do love the derby and are derby addicts, but if you join and don't feel like being in derby just opt out. ��.
DERBY: Participation is up to you and can change week to week. We require no add'l diamond purchase task. Just Opt In or Opt Out as you want. We ask that if you cannot complete the tasks with an average of 310, Opt Out of that derby. We aim to be great Champion Leaguers. We want horse shoes, not to burn through our diamonds. We also understand life happens, so will accept an expired task now & then. Everyone becomes an elder after a week of setting out to get to know us and we get to know you. Becoming an Elder will assist in trashing tasks to get ones needed to do.
HOOD RULES: Say "hi" on the chat. You don't have to be a Chatty Cathy, but don't be a stranger. Use either WhatsApp or our (secret) FB groups for offline hood conversations when needed. No buying extra derby task unless derby-ers all agree to win/place/show. Be an active farmer.
We are a good group of fun people from around the world. Come join us if you want a fun, relaxed, farm-as-you-want hood. NO DRAMA, we all have real lives providing enough of that.

Hi you are Welcome , We do it this way noone have to bee in the Derby if they dont have time or same thing ! In Rules are all do the 9 tasks and and if they can the 10 , BUT many weeks their is no neeed we win easy anyway ! Hi! We are a medium size international neighborhood looking to bring on board 3-5 more active players level 65 and over, and who are English speaking.
Derby participation is not required. However, as a courtesy to those of us who still enjoy the challenge of competition, we ask that you opt out if you choose to not participate, or believe that you may not complete all your tasks.
We are a Champions League team, and although we aren't obsessed about chasing gold trophies anymore, our goal for the derby is to do our best, place in the top 3 with a little luck, and ultimately, to ensure that we remain in the CL.
This means that if you choose to opt in for the derby, you must complete 9 tasks of 300 points or more each, and/or score at least 2,700 individual points in the derby.
For those playing the derby, we don't set early completion deadlines, nor we demand that players spend diamonds to purchase extra tasks. These decisions are up to each individual player. Our expectations are that everyone puts forward their best effort (no slackers), be considerate of your fellow teammates, and please communicate with one another about derby related issues.
As long as everyone follows these basic expectations, there should be enough tasks for everyone, plenty of time to complete them, and lots of help to go around for those demanding tasks.
Other than that, our general rules are few and very simple: Be friendly, help your hoodies when you can, and most importantly, be respectful and polite. That's all.

Up and down on the global leaderboard due to reliable players. Mostly placed in the top 200! Super derby oriented hood! We all complete ten tasks and are a 24 hour hood with people from all over. Very friendly and helpful but we stay free of beggary . We're sometimes quite chatty but mostly very laid back while everyone does their own thing. Someone is always around though if help is needed.

We are a neighborhood that is first and foremost built around what originally made this game great - chatting and helpfulness!
At this time we are a 20 strong nh looking to completely fill up with fun, friendly, chatty, helpful neighbors!
We love nothing more than to get to know and bond with our new neighbors - our new hay day family!
Some neighborhoods have tons of requirements, but not us - we like to keep it simple! Check it out below!

We encourage the maximum amount of trade, chat, and fun that is possible in this neighborhood!
We like the idea of a close hay day family and everyone who has joined is extremely happy they did!
That being said, there are a few things to be aware of. We are experienced with every kind of player in Hay Day and as such, we do not tolerate the following behaviors:
~ Joining and asking for many things right away is not a good first impression - we don't allow takers in the nh
~ Raiding shops (ie - taking everything from a neighbor's shop and not sharing) is not allowed
~ Constantly asking for BEM, SEM, LEM, or other premium materials is not allowed
~ Players who "Suck us dry" and constantly trade the items they receive outside the nh will not be tolerated. Only reason for this is that your nh is not to be used as your supply of extra items for outside trade [IMG]file:///C:\Users\tbru\AppData\Local\Temp\msohtmlclip1\01\c lip_image001.png[/IMG]
~ Becoming inactive without warning or not chatting over time will usually be cause for removal.
Do we want everyone to trade as often as possible? Of Course!

If you are seeking a neighbourhood comprised of people who are friendly and active, focused on helping each other finish derby tasks and regular orders. We are all very supportive of one another and encouraging.
Some of us chat a lot, some don't. It's chill. If you want to opt out of a derby sometimes, that's cool too. If you need help with finishing a task, a few extra items for your regular farming stuff, don't be afraid to ask.
