USA, Adult Clan Seeking TH7 & TH8s. Level 8 clan, war twice a week!

Hi All,

I am Little Mac, the leader of TitanDestroyers, a strong American-based clan with a 68% win record. Clan core has been together for over two years, but life and time has shrunk our numbers so we are now searching for a few TH8s and TH7s which can grow with the clan.

What we do:
War TWICE a week - war day starting around 3pm East on Monday and Thursday, no war on weekends.
Donate and cover each other, nobody can have a terrible ratio.
Donate what is requested.
Leaders cover war clan castle donations and war troop donations
Attack 2 bases or so down in war on first attack to have a better chance of a 3-star
Don't rush bases
Go red (redshirt) when heroes upgrading
Win Wars

What you must do:
Speak English
Attack twice during war
Not be greedy
Don't have a rushed base
Act like an adult and treat each other with respect - cursing fine, but not all the time.

How to get elder:
Get 6 stars in war as a first attacker on your assigned targets
OR 3-star bases in 3 wars in a row
Attack twice in war
Have a non-greedy donation ratio

How to get Co-Leader:
3+ months of strong performance
