We are not being judgmental. But if you have read the 1st post, then you should know not to send off the boat early. If your girlfriend was playing your game, should you not have informed her of the guidelines as well? In addition, if you were able to post for help, could you also not post an apology that the boat was send off early by mistake? Where is the communication on your part?

We are not mind readers.... All we know is.... You come in, post for help and then just disappeared. No updates, no communication, nothing.

We even took time to send you messages and made postings here to ask you to acknowledge. But again... Silence.

We will be happy to keep helping you, but please understand.... We are helping many other boats. Not just yours alone. Therefore 2-way communication is vital. It is your achievement that we r working together for.

hi there! just got back.. yes, u read the first post but did u understand? we have some rules here for us to successfully help all candidates.. sending and bringing ur boat early may jeopardize other candidates' boats. our rule here is just simple, when ur boat is full, ask the team if it's ok or not to send. ask if it's ok too if u want to speed up ur boat. well, if u dnt want to follow it then i'll take a pass on u.

AWS = Annual Wage Supplement

It's something quite unique to the Singapore wage system. Back during our colonial days, wages were paid on weekly basis. But with the modern times, we have progressed to a monthly wage scheme. The problem with monthly pay is that, some months have 5 weeks whilst others have 4. If you count by weeks, we would hv lost out on 4-weeks (1-months) salary. Boat #9 just arrived. It requires 3 crates of 5 blackberries, 3 crates of 3 carrot cakes, and 3 crates of 2 blackberry muffins. I can fill the muffins and the blackberries now, and one crate of carrot cakes in about 30 mins. That leaves 2 crates of 3 carrot cakes each that I need help on. Thanks guys!
