Only thing I would change is to have headings in bold for guidelines for easy reading.

Guidelines:

Therefore we sometimes need the extra time a boat is on the dock to work on our stock levels and replenish our stock. Most of the time it will be okay to send it but please ask us. Of course we will fit this in with your schedule.

4. Update on next boat orders. After you have sent the boat kindly give us an update on the next boat orders, boat number and the quantities you have. Tap on the empty dock to see a list of the next set of orders and give us an estimate on when the boat will arrive. This will help us prepare for your next boat. Not to worry that you don't know the quantities yet as we have the experience to make a good educated guess.

1. Post again when the boat is in.
2. If you are thinking about bringing in a boat early please ask the team of Main Captains* first. Sometimes we might ask you to bring in your boat early. In that case remember that this is totally up to you if you want to spend a diamond (no hard feelings if you don't).
3. As long as you are still on your Captain III quest we kindly ask you not to help out other candidates boats or boats of those helping and let us worry about that. Please hold on to the stock you have as your next boat might want these same items. In the end this will help us all and it is not in the least bit selfish.

Thanks noangel. It is always important to have information from a "newbies" perspective.
I will try and see what we can come up with to improve that. We have to be a bit carefull though because their are limits to the size of a single post and this makes the guidelines part a bit longer and it is already a long post to read. Also I think the 1, 2, 3 list at the bottom are not necessarily connected to point 4 of the bold list which this layout kind of implies.

Anyway thanks for the input because it is definately important to have that from someone who is a bit "new" at this and we will see what we can come up with.:)
