Captain I - III Achievement help (part 2)

I have one deed, two mallets and seven stakes, does anyone want? I'd prefer if you traded screws or panels for it but I can also sell. :)

Aww I just missed it, boat was leaving as I was entering the farm.

I can't locate noangel7 are they under a different name in the HD? I know they accepted?

I can open up the next one when it comes in. It needs ice cream and raspberries. Guess I am going so start working on getting co-op II now.
