Unlimited Village Name Changes

I was wanting to suggest for consideration that you make name changes unlimited. This could be a benefit to players who absentmindedly use their first name change and still are not happy. This could also work out for supercell too. My proposal is this. Each time you change your name it costs 5 more gems to do it again. First one is free, 2nd one is 5, 3rd 10 gems and so on. If people want to change their name a lot they have an incentive to buy gems. I did not see a post like this, but if there is one, I apologize.

There are many like this and no I disagree with your idea.
Imagine someone got the password of your hard played Clash account and changed your name to what they like?
Doesn't sound good right?

um it will be very confusing when players change there name every min!
then you could only identify them with the player tag!
but not a very bad idea

Think of the fun a troll with gems will have with this idea. He can join, troll, leave, and repeat over and over again every other day.

That's exactly why it would be awful.

OP priced are not nearly steep enough as SC give loads of free gems. First name change free. Additional five thousand gems each.

Reasonable enough to be afforded by someone serious about changing their name. Pricey enough to stop petty trolling and flavor of the month names, like you or deez nutz.

Why must so many people make this horrible idea?

I have to agree with O.P. on this one but not unlimited. Just once every year or 6 months, you can wait to name change. If someone is going to hack your account, they player ID remains the same. So if you are planning to call SC to support you they would ask for your player I.D.

I have mini accounts with a star wars them going on minus one mini account that I needed to name different because I was leading two clans. Now I want to re-name that account and I can't .

Many of us would not mind a name change once in a while. It would not hurt.

Can you explain why you think it is a horrible idea. Lets give you an example, some one first named their account their actual name, than they changed it to Justin Beiber. Now they are in desperate need to change their village name. How horrible can that option be?

This would confuse the servers like crazy. You will get kids changing their name constantly so SC's servers may literally explode.......so no this is a terrible idea, unless they put a hefty price tag on it
