Sorry to be so blunt with you, but this is a horrible idea many people have had.
Think of it, a th3 could have its storages filled instantly by a high level member in their clan. Not only that, but if someone had multiple accounts, if they started a new one they could just constantly keep it's storages full with their high level account.
In other words, Supercell would get much less money from people paying for gems to get more resources, and it would throw the game off balance.
You've gotta think these things through before saying them.
Rubbish idea... Why do people keep asking for this? There is a reason why supercell already ruled this idea out.
