We need to have war cc troop donations added to overall donation count so it's a total donation and not just through normal troop requests
War donations are not going to that person to use. They are going to that base for defense only and only in that war. Just like how destroying th, walls, builder huts, mortars, xbows, infernos, and eagle artillery in war do not count for any of those achievements.
