TH8s - Only max TH8s will be accepted.
TH9s - Combined Heroes 30+, good donations, solid troops.
TH10 & TH11s - High Heroes, excellent donations, solid troops & good war stars.

To update, we are now looking at TH7s too. If you are TH7 or TH8 we're the place you want to be.
