Possible cloud solution for Legend League
There has been many great suggestions to solve the excessive cloud times in Legend League.
One example is the Legend Battle system presented here by Ariesram:

My suggestion is not at all as complex, it comes in two variations, and is potentionally stupid.
I want to throw it out there to give room for some discussion, so with further ado; the solution to clouds in legend is:
Pay them. Pay the players in Legend League. Not with money, but with gems as below:
Option 1
Every hour a player stays in Legend League he/she generates 1 gem. Up to a seasonal (monthly) cap of 500.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Option 2
Upon reaching Legend League the player will recieve this bad boy:

It will function like any other collector/pump/drill with a production rate and capacity.
Prouction rate will be 1 per hour, and capacity will be 12.
This would be a new building, but it would not be present in war.
100% of the capacity can be stolen by others, it can not be boosted.
There we go. I believe this could encourage more people to strive for Legend League which could eliminate the clouds.
I also think they should implement achievements with gems for Titan and Legend as further encouragement.
