I think it would be really cool if supercell added time! To enable time you would go into settings - time zone and set your time zone, you then get the weather and time of that time zone, I think this would make a really nice feature I would love to see more elements like this added, it would also make the torch more useful for at night, hope you add this in the future!
Or maybe you could change the weather of your village buy buying some kind of Weather Changer decoration!

Welcome to the forum.
Shortly SC will release a winter/Christmas theme. It does not reflect the weather or celebration season of much the world but we will still end up with it anyway. With luck, they will allow us the option to turn it off immediately.
As far as I am concerned, it's just a waste of processing power and a way to add at to a device. It really adds nothing to gameplay and the majority of players care more about that than any other topic.
If support enhancements to the "environment" of the game. Night mode, weather feature could be cool (not sure it need to be anything other than random though) or anything similar.
While it wouldn't affect gameplay it would enhance my enjoyment of it.
We need coc to be more realistic...so adding weather to coc is not wasting time
