Stop people from leaving clans during war and make it so if you are on the war team that your with that clan till the war is over. Only ones that can throw people out on war team during war would be co-leaders and leaders. That way people will not leave clan in the beginning stages of war or at least stay and fight
Bad idea, will never be implemented.
Locking people into war will just lead to 2 1 barb failed attacks and a base that is setup to offer an easy 3 star.
Take the suggestions from your other thread on the subject and stop trying to get the game changed to compensate for your clan's problems.

Wow so much hate for an idea. All Iam saying for a clan to have those in war that your not sure what their intentions are even though they had followed a cool down period ect ect and they final get into a war and leap out for what ever reason. Just make it so they can't quit the war. Or if they sucked or become unruly in the clan let co leaders and leaders be able to remove them if they were on the war team.

A player enters a clan, yours perhaps, gets into a war and realizes "wow these guys suuuuuuuuck!" Should this player be forced to stay there and watch the emu stable slaughtered while being ridiculed/ derided for not wanting to waste their time and attacks on a failing war?
Again manage your clan better and this will not be an issue, or if it's not an issue for you stop posting on behalf of the other poor SOBs that can't manage their clans.

You honestly think that just because they have to stay that they will actually attack in war or attack for stars and not loot? We just had someone that had been in 2 wars with us this war we told them what # to attack. They attacked 4 higher and failed. The question was asked in chat why not the # that was given. The question was ignored but the request for next attack pops up. We ask again and response was fill war req. I kicked them out before they could do another loot attack.
Work on your clan management. Finding good people for a clan take time and work. When someone leaves in war it's not your fault it's a fault with those who leave that they don't have the same kind of war mentality that you have.
Keep working hard and you will get better at it. Wish that those who have made the dishearting comments above would realise that this is a problem and we as leaders do need some kind of tool to communicate with other clans as to what someone else has done or not done in a prior clans. So that we clan get better members for our clans.

Grow up. If you can't handle running a clan in current system go join a good clan. Don't like it then give up and go pop bubbles. Not everyone, especially whinny bratty kids, deserves to be a clan leader.
My clan has problems with players like this all the time. However we do not accept any TH equal to or higher to our highest TH in war. We do NOT put more new players in than our core players can cover. You never know how a new player will act in war until they are in one. Sadly 90% of players who join will not stay these are your young/immature kids who don't understand how to play. If your not going to manage "kick" you players then don't expect SC to do it for you just so you can say you are a leader of a clan.
Nothing about making them attack just to keep them there so others don't get their morale lowered seeing we are down 5 members that's 10 attacks they could hope for its a visual thing. If people see they are going to be at a disadvantage it discourage them from attacking or staying. Locking them in the war will help the team see we have a full team all the time. But if the meme bet is being a idiot the leader or co lease can ban them and dove that issue.Quote:

At the other end, there have to be a penalty for a clan to kick players, so at the same moment as the clan kick the player while at war, the clan and all of it's members gets a 14 days penalty where they can't do any wars. Again I motivate them by incentives of promtiom aspects and being removed if they don't attack. So again blaming leader isn't the issue again. Iam looking at the aspect of people seeng oh we won't have a chance after seeing people that were all for war leave us at the very early stages of the game. And get that mind set of "why bother attacking or wasting my resources to overcome a war that seems fruitless to them. "Which makes me kick them if they don't try at all.
