So now we can't do a friendly war with our own clan? (We use to split the clan so half leaves and make a new clan) This is counterproductive for the game and friendly matches.
And it would be a problem for clans needing 1 player just to be able to start a war (only 9 players wanting to do war, with this you can't get a low TH from global just to fill the roaster.)
At the other end, there have to be a penalty for a clan to kick players, so at the same moment as the clan kick the player while at war, the clan and all of it's members gets a 14 days penalty where they can't do any wars. You have to have a penalty system that way too, else clans will exploit kicking players left and right just for the fun of it.
.oO(I really don't like the idea of punishing hoppers, yes they are annoying, but it is up the the clan leaders to manage the clans. A good leader can make it work, they have done that for years. So why should that suddenly have changed now, so a good leader can't get a clan up and running the right way. It just requires a lot of work, and I mean really a lot of work. Until the clan have matured, the leader has to show diplomatic skills, charismatic skills and donate like crazy just to get a great core that will help the clan to stay together. Not everyone is cut out to be a leader of a clan. Be honest to yourself, do you have the time and skill to be a great leader, if not. Then you might just be a great Co-leader instead.)
