Here is the main Idea, Suppose i am a leader of my clan and during war, If enemy clan destroy all my teammate bases with full stars and after that i think i am not in the position to win war or you can say my team is not capable enough to win the war, so instead of waiting for the war to end with is 24 hours, clan leader must have an option to surrender war and accept defeat.
