Leaders and Co-leaders should be allowed to donate to war clan castles as war spectators. when I opt out as the leader, it is difficult to fill troops with max.

Leaders and Co-leaders should be allowed to donate to war clan castles as war spectators. when I opt out as the leader, it is difficult to fill troops with max.
The reason you can't as spectator is because if your war has th 6-8 why is it far for a th11 in your clan to put max troops in cc's.
Frankly, if you are not in war, you should be stopped from donating at all.
