What exactly are you saying???

A TH9 has a good chance at 3* another TH9, to say nothing about a TH10 with just an additional spell. Even more humorous would be a TH10 with max offense hitting a TH9. That's almost close your eyes time

Miners blow since the October update in case you missed the memo.

But 10s should be steam rolling 9s even with the miner nerf. If you aren't, you are not close to maxed 10 or you are doing something wrong.

You have now changed the conditions of your original comment. You first said, "Even max force th10 the three stars th9" which (understanding that English isn't presumably your first language) you are saying that a max offense TH10 can't 3* a TH9.

I got news for you: it's easily done & you don't even necessarily need a max TH10 offense to do it.

Now, however, you're stating that you can't 3* with L2 miners, which isn't the same as any max TH10.

Miners got adjusted by SC recently and it doesn't surprise me that some can't 3* a TH9 (perhaps SC went too far?), but that's a different topic.

A max offense TH10, using a variety of attacks, can 3* a TH9 with ease the majority of the time

what sterategy 3star th9 max with force th9

If you are a TH10 with upgrade camps, sf, decent heroes and a few upgrade TH10 troops any one of the following should crush a TH9

Air -
Queen Pop LaLoon
Penta LavaLoon
Super dragloon with Zapquake
Mass Baby Dragon
AQ Walk into LaLoon
AQ Walk into Baby Dragons
GoLaLoon

Ground
GoHo
GoVaHo
GoBoHo
Aq Walk into mass valks or mass bowlers
GoVaLo (on some bases)
HGHB
HPHB
GoWiPe with back end Hogs or Loons, base dependent

It might depend with of these troops you happen to have upgraded and base layout as to which would be most successful in war v max th9 but one or more of these will crush any TH9 if you execute it half decently.

Now if you are talking max 9 v max 9 that's a different story.
