So many people keep the holiday obstacles like Christmas tree and Halloween pumpkin.
But they pop up everywhere. It gets in the way of making bases.
So I think that we should be able to move them around.

I disagree. I would make angry a lot of high level players because a lot of them were keeping their seasonal obstacles in the outer space of village, they are proud of it so now allowing new members to move them wherever they want to put them would be unfair. And it would also be unfair to those ones who were making a special kind of village to make seasonal obstacles spawn where they want them.
Use a base that only allows them to spawn on the edges and harvest Tge ones that don't. But no need for them to be movable.
Haven't you considered SC introduced dark drill at the same time is ..um... dark elixir?
And look at that from this point of view: If you have been making spreaded base don't allowing anything to spawn in the editable part of the village in order to force seasonal obstacles to spawn in outter village (making the village very vulnerable for attacks) for years, would you be angry if they introduce moving seasonal obstacles so it makes your effort and something you are proud of worthless?
You haven't answered me on my question. And are you suggesting that because SC already made first generations of players angry than it doesn't matter if they do it again?
I think, it should cost 100 Gems and you can move as many holiday obstacles as you want. When you finish, there is a 7 day cooldown
NO
I have 5 holiday obstacles in the middle of my base
I am special and unique
I don't want others to have the same thing as me!
(How's that for a NIMBY response)
Seriously though, they are OBSTACLES, they OBSTRUCT, they are not DECORATIONS which DECORATE
Yes they're in the way, that's basically the point.
(I am in the clan PINEAPPLE LUMPS, L10, if you want to look)
