Weekly progress thread with goals

I was inspired by others here on the forum to create my own version of a progress thread.
My main account is a TH9 and I've come a bit in; traps done, elixir buildings done, working on heroes, walls and defense.

I see no reason to track the progress on my remaining defenses and laboratory research, since there's no effort in keeping 5 builders busy and the lab going. What I want to track (and be able to look back upon) is heroes and walls.

So without further ado, current stats as of 2016-11-25:

Walls:
Level 8, Skull: 65
Level 9, Lego: 185
Level 10, Lava: 0

Heroes:
AQ: 15
BK: 12


And what's the point of such a thread as this without some goals down in print?
I'm gonna be realistic, but still put down a goal that will require some effort.
By the end of the year, about a month from now, my goal is to have at least the following:

Walls:
Level 8, Skull: 0
Level 9, Lego: 250
Level 10, Lava: 0
(This would require a total of 65.000.000 gold or elixir, on top of defenses and lab)

Heroes:
AQ: 20
BK: 15
(This woould require a total of 450k de for AQ, and 180k de for BK; total of 630.000 dark elixir)


That was a bit more de than I initally thought, but what the hell; let the hunt begin!

Have fun farming 20k de a day without heroes! But I'd say your walls are pretty realistic. I'm at 204 lvl 9 and 46 lvl 10 with 22/25 royalty and would have loved to see how long it took me to get here, have fun with this!

Week 1, 2016-12-02


The first number is last friday, the second is today:

Walls:
Level 9, Lego: 185 -> 209 (+24)

Heroes:
AQ: 15 -> 16 (+1)
BK: 12 -> 14 (+2)

One week in and Barbarian King is done (as he's going 15 atm).
Archer Queen woke up today at 16 and I'll be able to upgrade her come sunday.
I'm pretty happy with 24 wall pieces done, while starting dragon upgrade to 4, 2 Wizard Towers, 1 Archer Tower and 2 Cannons at the same time.

It's really nice to be able to look back at it like this, one week at a time so I'm happy I started this. Will be really interesting to see where it is next week!

Week 2, 2016-12-09


The first number is last friday, the second is today:

Walls:
Level 9, Lego: 209 -> 232 (+23)

Heroes:
AQ: 16 -> 17 (+1)
BK: 14 -> 15 (+1) - Complete!

I'm pretty happy with this progress. Barbarian King is done and AQ was just put to sleep into 18.
Did 24 walls first week and 23 walls this week. This week was however more expensive with Lightning Spell upgrade of 6.000.000 lix, couple of Archer Towers (all done now), some Cannons, last WT and my first Mortar. Got 18 walls left and I'm pretty sure I will have that complete with my next update here.

Seems I was too easy on the walls goal (with "only" 65 pieces) .
Will definitely get some lavas done before the end of the year, happy times!

Week 3, 2016-12-16


The first number is last friday, the second is today:

Walls:
Level 9, Lego: 232 -> 250 - Complete!

The show must go on! Currently looks like this:

Level 9, Lego: 245
Level 10, Lava: 5 (+5)

Heroes:
AQ: 17 -> 18 (+1)
BK: 15 (complete)

Running with an idle worker today since AQ woke up about an hour ago. Will keep it idle for tonight to get some more walls in. Then I'm putting AQ down for 19! Walls were done alot faster than I thought, so I'll keep upgrading some lavas, but not too many since we're getting a discount next week!

Extra update, 2016-12-19


Had a great farming session last friday and had some great raids today directly after the maintenance, so I gemmed AQ today only to put her back to sleep again for the last 100k DE - going 20! So that's that, the goals I had set for 2016-12-31 is already completed, guess I went too easy on myself ;)

I farm in Champions 3 for the great bonus. After a few days you will find yourself in Champions 1 since it's very hard to loose an attack, and at that point the nexting is really long (about 20-30 minutes sometimes for a decent target). So whenever an opportunity is presented (or when I reach Champions 1) I snipe DE collectors / storage to loose cups.

I've used this strategy the last 2 months and it's absolutely amazing but I've grown a bit tired of it, so I'm going for mass dragons now for a while (:

I completed my goals earlier than expected and I thought it could be fun now, 3 weeks later, to make another update to see where I'm at. Numbers as of 2016-12-31 to the left, today on the right (2017-01-20):

Walls:
Level 10: 5 -> 134 (+129)

Heroes:
AQ: 20 -> 21, going 22 atm (+2)
BK: 15 -> 20, going 21 atm (+6)




I'm satisifed with my farming and pace. Looking at it now, 134 walls at 2.000.000 a piece in 20 days (258.000.000/20) is 12.900.000 per day put into walls. Sounds a lot more than it actually feels like.

Right now I'm in the process to decide whether or not to push into Titans. Would be fun to do as a TH9.
