Stop clan leaving during war

I'd like to 'warriors' (who join a clan then enter prep day for war and either before start or during war just up and leave) they should be tied to the clan till war ends and have to participate as they opted in or another way is as we use a warlog to attract new members can't we scout new members to see their participation in their last 5 wars give us a better idea on whether to put them in or not ?

If you stopped accepting every scrub from global & putting them instantly into war might be the solution to your answer.
You want and every clan want`s loyal members make them sit out for 2,3,4,5 wars & if they are still in the clan then add them to war.

Never put a new member straight into a war. You are asking for trouble.

Some clan they wait for the tag "New" to disappear before they include in a war

As others have said do not put new members straight into war.

My clan waits to see how that person is both in general chat (to assess maturity as best we can) and how their attacks are by asking them to post some of their MM attacks. That way we can gauge whether they are somebody we would like in clan long term and in wars with us.

Putting somebody straight from global into war is asking for trouble.

troop leachers don't get to war
"blank league shield"-members don't get to war
"zero wins this season"-members don't get to war
"rushed"-members don't get to war (low level walls, troops, defenses .. and Infernos)

I would also like to add that while they are annoying hoppers are enjoying their own playstyle and we shouldn't nerf their playstyle just because we don't like it. this is a global game and as such we are bound to come across values and behaviors that we don't like and we will probably become frustrated when dealing with them. on another note dealing with hoppers has made me a better leader (IMBO) it has given me a reason to look at people's profile page which means that i now look at troop levels, hero levels , attacks, donations along with if they have a timer.

this is the best method

A good person will be happy to wait until they had been fully vetted, how are they in chat, what are their raids like, how good are they in Friendly Challenges, these are all things that you should be considered prior to inclusion in war. We war back to back, but have waited before starting another war to ensure we have people that can be relied on in war. Do not rush, make sure you have the right line up before pressing that search button.

if SC makes a feature to tie the hoppers to the clan until the war is over, they , hoppers can set their base for a sure 3 star for the opps and just loot
