Should I upgrade to TH10?

Hello,
in my plan, I will have before Christmass:
- heroes 21/21,
- around 65 lava walls (rest lego)
- all buildings and traps MAXed
- laboratory nearly maxed (i will not have dragoons, mini dragoon, witch and lava hound - rest will be maxed)

Should I upgrade to TH10 before Christmass ?

Will it be still that hard on th10 with my village?

I was calculating and I should get even more dark elixir on TH10 so it should speed up DE farming for heroes (they can steal 2x 3000 DE per day - it is 2x500 more than on th9, but another drill will gives me 2400)

Currently Im in Champion III and I think I will stay here even with TH10 - because of nice DE bonuses after each attack. Or do you suggest different league?

Depends on so much. What is your current clan makeup? If you have strong th10 and th11 above you then that makes the yes answer much easier. What do you plan to do as a new th10? If you plan to go the th9.5 route then that makes the yes answer much easier.
How much longer do you plan to play the game? If less than a year then hell yes go to th10. How many accounts do you have? For me I have a th9.5 that I maxed including heroes pre upgrading. Very happy I did. Because I soon learned how cool the level 40 queen is which I'm working on now. If you upgrade early it means more work later. I also have a th8.5 with level 20 heroes. My guess is I will pull the th10 trigger earlier because of my other accounts.

Bottom line after this long winded response. Do what you want. Both choices are good you have put in a lot of work. Congrats.

Our clan has just th9 and lower (we have also 1 x th10 and 1 x th11, but they dont war) and last months I also do not war, because I needed a lot of dark for heroes. I think I will be 9.5 but just for half a month and will war a lot, but then I will build inferno towers, that I would like to build so much (then I will have to turn off from wars for some time). I have just 1 account.

Lunaticfringe: last months I was in war rarely, because I needed so much DE for heroes. Now I see, I have much less stress situations, so in future I will not war everyday, but just few times a week. (but in my mind I do not want to be in 9.5 route for long time, because I love inferno towers :-) Currently I love more raiding than wars.

I hate to say this.. and please do what you want.. it is a game..

But having level 20 heroes and adding infernos is going to put you in a poor war position, especially if you are base 1 in war.
Almost every war we face people with level 3 infernos and level 20 or lower heroes. When we get this matchup we win.

P.S. TH10 is a blast without infernos. Bowlers are the bomb.

No. 9 is a lot more fun. 10 is screwed up

Yeah, nothing holding you back mate. I went to TH10 with skull walls and mid teen heroes. Everything else was max. Now I'm max building/hero TH11 just working on walls and cleaning up the lab. Any TH11 will tell you there is a back log in the lab after all the updates, I wouldn't let that hold you back either.

Defense is way ahead of offense. War is a boring, play it safe two star snooze fest because most of our opponents can't even get two on all our 10s. There is little possibility of triples and no incentive to take the risk.

No. there is a lot of lab stuff at TH10. Complete all your TH9 lab stuff first then move to TH10. You will be in a better position too with Heros and Walls.

If you're into wars, I personally would not put you in due to the low royals you have. You'd be a huge liability for my clan.

However, if you're just looking to farm and get a change of scenery, I will say th10 loot (especially DE) is much much better than th9, so you'll progress fairly quickly (I did goblin knife in gold league and was constantly full storage and had no builders available as a result)

Christmas should come with a really good boost for us, where you will have tons of loot coming your way to help finish off a lot of your loose ends. Heroes are worth the grind to 30/30. Personally I wouldn't jump until you're at least 28/30
