We are an English speaking only hood so everyone understands each others needs. Must participate in chat regularly.
Entrance is level 80 & Must have Town & Fishing areas Established in order to do Town/Train & Fishing Derby Task.
In addition you must have upgraded lobster and ducks to 3 (again can't do task that requires these items unless you can produce enough on your own)
Reading Chat is Mandatory! (Can't know what's happening without it!)
Reading Hood Message Envelope is Mandatory! (Can't know what's going on
Request : This is a nice way to get HELP for task and we encourage everyone to use it, HOWEVER, it is not allowed to be used to stock barns. (You should be of a level to handle that yourselves)
Derby is Complete All 9 task and All over 317 and limited to 2 Help at 320 and Only take Boat task at 320. NOTE: Derby Rules is subject to change per derby and during derby as needed.
You are Not required to do a 10th Diamond task. (However, if you do mess up where it could make a difference you may be ask to "fix" it by doing 10th task OR if it is needed to put team in 1st place)
We are very much into Derby and very serious about placing 1st! But we have fun doing it however
If you opt in Derby and allow your task to expire, trash your task or do not complete task/derby you will not be allowed in the Next derby (You MUST Opt Out) but you will be allowed to stay in hood and are required to help hood while they are in Derby. If it happens again you will be out of derby (period)! and It will be up to the Hood as to if/when you are allowed back in Derby.
(This is a privilege that must then be earned as well as trust that you will participate properly)
When you are NOT participating in Derby you are required to check regularly to see if Derby help is needed. It takes Whole hood to win! (We win!) (The exception to this is when on Holiday or you've spoken with leaders why you will be out. We all have a real life too!)
NO Drama Queens
NO Parking Your Farms & Not Participating
No Hood Hoppers (You will be immediately removed)
No joining and requesting items right off! (You will be immediately evicted!)
You will NOT prosper off this hood!
No Second Farm or Baby Farms Allowed!

Thank you for your inquiry about boats! It started by no one doing them & leaving them to myself & a few others as they were the only 320 point task continuously left. It became problematic. So to fix the problem everyone must do at least 1 boat task now. It is only fair. Same as the help task (in case you were wondering). Certain people only wanted to do those & we found we were killing our plants to help people on help task help us! That made absolutely no sense! Then once again there was no help task for others to do. So to make it fair for everyone there is a limit to 2 help task & majority must be gotten outside the hood by finding revives and/or helping people's boats. Now everyone has a chance at a quick fun task!
