As others said above base is not bad and it`s an easy fix, Grind away at loot as mentioned above cheap raid hunting DE and you`ll get Gold and Elixir as a bonus, Drop gold on defenses, Elixir on troops, DE on hero`s have your builders busy.

Get one farming comp you like and max those troops first.
Put a dark hero the king or queen down anytime you have the de to do so
push the warden to 10 ASAP, 15 would be better
didnt see if drills are maxed but if they aren't do so ASAP
id put gold mostly into walls
