Can you please give me constructive advice on how to better my village. I know its rushed but i want to catch up with how it should be. What should i do first, how should i do it the quickest way? Also just how bad is my village and profile? Thanks in advance XD

Farm as cheaply as possible. You will lose probably every defense but as long as you farm more then you lose you can make progress. I'd stop building defense and work on offense and heroes. I'd also start with farming troops since you will have a rough time in war. If you need to war I'd do lava and loons and pick on th9s. The warden will help a lot there.

I agree, it will take a lot of farming but that's no different then if you farmed at th9, 10 and then 11. It will be harder to get loot due to you having to hit 10s and 11s. I'd try and stay around silver or gold and find dead bases. I have also seen a lot of worse bases then yours.
barch/golbin knife and go for DE only. Get them heroes up and dark troops upgraded. Gold and elixr will come if you do this.
I don't think it is too bad either. The fact that you pushed to 3500 also tells me you are interested and probably know how to play.
Play in sessions. If war is important focus on one strong army. Loons as suggested may work quickly but I would recommend hphb, as this will 3 star even stronger th9s.
Get one farm army up too. Either barb arch wb. Or gob giant wb. Heal and rage for war.

As others have suggested, use and continue to upgrade your Level 1 and Level 2 troops. Giant to Lv. 8, Arch and Barb to Lv. 7.
Work in sessions designed to get a particular loot type and quantity and take as little as possible into breaks, so you lose less on defense.
In lower leagues, you'll see more lower level armies, so upgrade and max your splash damage as a priority.
