hasn t he rushed his TH???

Attachment 14604 this is my friend and clan mate he s upgrading his th to lvl 9 to get lvl 6 troops and xbox but i told him he rushed his th but he didn t agree am i right or he is?

You are right. Its most likely he cannot even afford those stuff just because he is a 'noob' and is missing the skill to get the recources required.

I learned the hard way not to gem my th becuz I gemed it and now I barely have good walls and i keep losing raids so don't gen your th
