Additional Language Settings

Often times when logging in to global there are many individuals speaking Bengali or Hindi. I often times try to remind individuals that we are set to an English setting, but they refuse. Causing me to mute or leave global. This isn't a major issue, however it can become frustrating when people specifically stay out of global to avoid this, thus leaving it harder for clans to recruit or simply chat with other people (when clan mates are not online). I have spoken to many individuals who state they simply stay out of chat, rather than muting people speaking different languages. I think we should allow them to have their own globals as to not spam the English chat.
