Elixir Bomb!! Goes splat!!

The idea is for a spell. The elixir Bomb is dropped from the sky and explodes into a sticky elixir mess which slowes down enemy towers!
Duration could start at 5 ish seconds and as the lvl goes up it gets "stickier" lasting longer.
It should cost around 100 dark i think because that way it can explode into a dark elixir mess!.
It would cover the same radius as a poison so it may be possible to cover a few towers. Think about it guys, if the bomb tower or wizard tower js raining down on you, wouldn't it be nice to slow down the rain and maybe even decrease damage SLIGHTLY. Thanks!
