Way too OP! Pretty much an archer queen with more health that targets walls, I think this would never be in the game unless it gets major tweaking. It would destroy all the walls, and not o mention it does splash damage (DEFENCE!)
It seems kinda pointless and wouldn't add much to attack strategies, in my opinion.
I think it would bring back mass attacks, because it would remove pretty much all the walls
