Walls do affect weight. The reason is that there are so many of them. If you upgrade a few it's ok, but as soon as you start upgrading more, you'd see that your weight has increased. So I'd wait for them. Also I am still not all skulls, so moving to lego can wait.

Valks 5? I thought you were a TH9.

Again, no. This has been disproved. I was at 62k with full skulls. Now I'm almost at full skulls and just at 64k. They're very well worth the 2k weight change.

I'm a TH9 since 11d.I gemmed my spell factory.Here's what I have done:
CC Lv5
Lab Lv7
New Air Def going to Lv5
New Tesla going to Lv4
New Wiz Tower going to Lv5
One Army camp Lv7
Queen going to Lv6
Giants Lv6 in 2d
Have elixir collected for Lv6 Wizard upgrade.
I was a Max TH8(including walls) and new walls are all Lv7.I'm not going to focus on dark troops until I have a Lv15 Queen.And not going to build xbows anytime soon.

Sounds good. I've maxed my teslas, and now am working on getting all walls to skulls. Takes a lot of time and patience, but I'd get there.

Goblins are still good, for goblins knife, if practiced. I am just assuming though. I've no exposure in this, and am long way from being an expert.

However, lvl 6 giants are uber cool and just doesn't die, which I just love. My raids are much better now due to their presence. In 2 days I'd put wizards to lvl 6, and then my raid army would be max which would be awesome. No, my DE drills are not maxed. One is 5 and other is 4. Will put that to 5 once the gem boost is over. Right now I am enjoying the extra DE coming due to boost and don't want to miss on that. Yeah, lvl 6 must be amazing. I hope I'd get that soon. :)

Thanks for pointing out. No, not lvl 5, valks will get to lvl 2. My bad.

Sounds good. I'm working on walls already, hopefully, i'd get them maxed soon. Though when I see my builders free, it hurts.

Agreed. I am trying to learn the art of using them. Let's hope I succeed. :) Using them with Giants and wall breakers definitely helps though. Plenty of loot, much less investment.

Wow!!! That's a lot considering 11 days. I've to agree, I am much slower. And also your queen is going at a great speed. Mine have reached lvl 5 only. I'm concentrating more on DE troops, well clan donation pressure. :)

I've not put any new defenses yet. Maybe after couple of months I'd do that. Before that I'd max out the existing troops.

Update 27-Dec-16

Wow, lvl 5 clan is awesome!!!! I'm loving it. And so are my clan mates as they're getting awesome troops via me and other top level players.

Both my wizard towers are maxed now at lvl 7. And all the army camps are maxed too.

Lab is still working to get valks to lvl 2. Once this is done, wizards will go to lvl 6. I am loving the way lvl 6 giants are and it has provided must needed boost to my raids, so now wizards will be next. I love raiding, and I love when I get 3 every time I raid. :)

Builder 1 just started on getting BK to lvl 10. Other 4 builders are sleeping peacefully.

AQ will have to wait for a while.

This time I've worked a lot on walls. Below are the stats:
Skull - 105
Purple - 145

Will put a hold on updating defenses. Aiming to get all skulls first, which is a huge task in itself and might take weeks. Once gems boost for resources will be done, will try to take my DE drill to lvl 5 (one is already at 5).

It was a pretty happening week and I am pretty happy with my progress. Thanks @Nam3less69 for always motivating me. :)

You should put the new defenses(all except xbows) and bring them to TH8 max standards first,unless you are going for a TH8•5.I raid a lot and have not opted out for wars.
