Farmed heavily last couple of days. And making progress, faster than I actually expected.

Both inferno towers are in progress. One should be ready in 5 days and another in 6.
Third Xbox has also been placed. Should be working in 7 days.
One builder is taking BK to 14. Queen in already 14 now.
Teslas maxed for th9. Xbows are lvl 3 too, both of them.
Final builder has just been put for dark barracks. Will be opening bowlers next. Not sure if it was the right decision. I thought maybe Lab or normal barracks, eventually went with DB.

Haven't seen BoWitch yet. Will check it out. Still using same old strategy for farming mostly. Archers wizards and giants. Maybe need to change that. Especially now that most of the opponents will have infernos in place.

Just moved to crystal 2. Planing to push for champion, and get those 1000 gems. But then, I'm lazy.

Ohh, and new Cannon is level 4 and archer is 3. Yet to touch anything else. New DE drill is also placed. Once bowlers are out, will upgrade lab and get miners. Then maybe concentrate on De drill.

Nice going Logan and i am almost at a similar stage as yours with my Mini Th10 which was recently upgraded and i am going completely 9.5 and not doing any new defence and also gold is being poured in walls and traps only for now. I am doing all eli upgrades and dont have quite ok. New drill is at lv3. 1 db for bowlers was insta upgraded using book of building. 2 books of heroes have been used for AQ which is at 22 and BK at 18. I have a book of spells and will get another from the event. Still have 3 days to go for Golem 5. Will mostly insta upgrade max healing and mostly will put valks to 5. So going alone nicely there.

With main walls are coming up good.

PS. Logan i can completely understand being sentimental about the clan as even i left my last one with me being 1 of the CO's. My cousins and his friends are still there and tho donation used to get filled up but we were struggling to do 10x10 and it was become too much of an ask for me to pull the clan. No matter what i did or suggested they never followed it. Most had outgrown the game and used to do 2 attacks in war and part time clan games. So i knew time to move on. I was back to this clan 2nd time when original CO and my cousin asked me to come back but i dont think i am coming back again.

I think clan games have been a good addition to COC and this has given a good life to the game and somehow the perks with it should be utilized. This will help clashers max or rectify the bases faster than it would have taken.

TL;DR - Logan i know you are senti about the clan but see if you can merge with another active clan and dont miss out on those cg perks. Still a day to go for them to start.

So, last night PEKKA finished in lab, and thanks to the book of spells from the loon event I insta-upgraded the skellie spell.

This meant that my lab was pretty much finished (just EQ spell to do) but I have been concentrating on walls so not much gold. One training potion later I have 7 million in gold so I have pushed the button on TH11. Accumulated quite a bit of DE in the process and farmed around 10K in the hour after I woke up. Realised I had enough to do EQ, so I booked that as well as I had a book in the treasury from a previous CG.

Upshot is, I will be TH11 in 14 days !!!!! Lab is totally finished, BK will wake up later at 34. It will probably take me 3~4 days to get him down again, but I think I will manage to get him to 35 before I get to TH11.

There are 18 days of upgrades on one of my bomb towers and 18 + 4 remaining days on the one upgrading now. Neither will be max then when I hit TH11 but I don't see that as a deal breaker. If they are both at level 3 I'll be satisfied with that.

Walls. 90 left to do !! For the next week or so I will dump all my elixir and any spare gold into my walls.

Over the last 3 days i've - like the majority of us - been using the Loons (LaLoonIon to be precise) to build up quick resources. I've a free builder and i've been piling the gold and elixer into the walls - 6 in 3 days. I've also put my level 4 Inferno down to max using the rune of gold.

I've a builder coming free in 8h 57m and i'm looking to pop down another Archer Tower to level 14 which will leave just one to go.

Piling up the DE and will be spending it in the lab in 4days time when my wizards finish. I've 5 wall rings and a book of spells to use at some point.

As planned, I got my queen up as Lv33 and used the builder to dump some elixir into a few walls... still followed through with the plan to finish my goblins early though and decided to put my wbs in since I'm using them a bunch now for QWalks. Now I'm already back up to 63K DE and I only need 70K for hounds Lv3... so by the time the wbs finish I may put my AQ down again if I have enough. We'll see - that plan is up in the air.

I really enjoyed having those cheap Loons - my army comp was costing me 50k Elixer and 1300 dark... brilliant for looting.

During the week I've managed to do: 25 level 12 walls at 4m a piece. Inferno from 4 > 5, Haste Spell at 100k DE (insta finished with Book of spells) put down Hounds from 3 > 4 at 150k DE and have a full DE Storage. Fair to say it was a busy week.

This week I hope to finish my traps (2 bombs left), i have 1 Archer Tower left at level 13, will get that on and possibly start the upgrade of my second inferno - not 100% set yet but will keep things ticking over.

Well, I've been busy dumping resources into walls and now have 72 left to do. Made a little mistake dumping the gold last night before I went to sleep so I don't currently have enough to get the bomb tower upgrading again, but I'll get it started at some point today. Hopefully will also have enough DE by then to put king down to 35.

Ohh the event. So much fun with the lovely loons and haste. For the first time I had so much gold!!!! With 5 builders busy, two on new infernos and one on new Xbow, my gold storage still peaked at 8.5M. And elixir at 5.3M. Never ever I have had so many resources when I have moved to a new th.

And now came the dilemma. Your storage is full, but all builders Are busy. What to do? And I did the unthinkable. Bought two days shield, yeah, you read that right. 150 gems used for that. I'll have three builders available in this duration. One is already available, and I've put him on upgrading first inferno to lvl 2.

Second builder is on king. 15 hours and he will be working on lab upgrade.
Third one is on second inferno, 1.5 days for him before I'll use him for another building.
4 th is on new Xbow.
And 5th is on dark barracks upgrade and will still be there for 8 days.

I'm happy that I have so many resources right now. But I need to plan things well. Can't have all my builders busy for 7 days at the same time. Need to time their building accordingly. Maybe I should keep one free, for new cannon and archer tower. Coming free every day or two. And then put some gold and elixir in walls, as and when possible. Let's see.

@nameless, thanks for the suggestion, I appreciate it. I invited old folks to my clan, they came and left when I was offline, lol. Maybe I'll join their clan. Or maybe stay right here and grow slowly. Still undecided on it.

Wow, nice gaz1966. I can only imagine how it feels to have only 72 walls remaining, lol. I always have plenty of walls remaining. In my defence, not a huge fan of spending tons on walls. More of a defense structures and troops guy.

Maybe this th will be different. Or maybe not. I've been hoping this for years now. Haha.

I really miss the discount on the loons and haste, but I'm looking forward to whatever new event will be coming up.

I've varied my war strategies as a 10 so far and have luck with 3 stars on low leveled 10s with hogs & miners... but I was wondering what you all had used/still use for war with the most success? BoWitch is just so expensive in DE I haven't practiced with it in regular raiding... and miners changed to an extra housing space so I'm not sure if that nixed their reliability in war against mid-upper leveled 10s.

For War attacks i have never bothered about DE but for me i could consistenly 2* max Th10 using Govabowi. I would go with 1 golem, 5 bowlers, 2 baby drags (to get that 2nd * or funnel in beginning), 10 wiz, 5 wb, 12-13 valks and rest archers or wiz or minions. I go with 3 heals, 1 rage, 1 jump with poison and cc max golem and poison. I would start with 2 golems nearest to Th with wide funnel using wiz. more or less i let my golem suffer a lot at this stage. Once funneled then i would break in with wbs. At this golem from either end will move in tanking in more. I will deploy my bk, aq, bowlers and go in straight with healing and jump to make the core group go in centre. At this time i would have enemy cc killed too once thats done straight valks in rage them when they are near IT's or TH and heal them accordingly. Using this strategy you generally get 60-70% 2*. Having 40-40 heroes help. But i have been using this on my mini th10 too with TH9 troops and 18BK and 22 AQ.

I am trying bowitch with QW in raids and trying to learn that attacks. Since i recently joined a new clan having more almost maxed Th11 its funning learning new ground attacks. Most involves QW and then bowitch or gowipe. Pekka seems to be new TH11 meta so now that i have got it to lv4 i will be doing it back to back and max it to th10 lvl 6.
